If you have changed your email address in the last couple years or not provided it to the HOA, please update your information by selecting "Update Your Profile ". We do not have a complete list of emails for our community which makes it more difficult to keep you informed. Please take the time to update your profile today.
New Board Members Needed
We are currently looking for new members for the HOA Board of Directors. The current Board members have been on the Board for several consecutive years or on multiple occasions. With ABS doing our bookkeeping, the amount of time commitment has drastically decreased from previous years. The time spent on Board functions is approximately 1-2 hours a month, in addition to 4 Board meetings a year. If you are available to serve, the positions available are treasurer, architecture and general support. We cannot do this without your involvement. We are also researching HOA Management Companies. Even with a Management Company, we still need a Board of Directors to make policy, review financials, and provide direction to the association manager. This option also involves a dues increase of approximately $150 - $200 a year. Please take the time to fill out the HOA Management Company Survery. Yard Maintenance Reminder:
It is important for our community that all residents properly maintain their landscaping, which includes keeping lawns and shrubs properly trimmed, removing dead or diseased plants, and watering lawns when needed. These actions will help maintain the beauty of our neighborhood and the value of our homes, and are required by the Association's Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Exterior Paint - Approval Required
This is a reminder that if you wish to change any of the paint colors of the exterior of your house, you must first obtain the approval of the HOA Architectural Control Committee in accordance with Section 11.1 of the Association's CC&Rs. editor_upload/File/ccrs.2.pdf This is intended to insure the consistency and beauty of our community. Association Dues
American Bookkeeping Services are responsible for the HOA financials only. They are paying the monthly bills, and are in charge of collecting dues for us. Each resident will get the semi-annual dues letter from ABS. Please mail dues to: Beaver Lake Park HOA, P.O. Box 1318, Auburn, WA 98071-1318
Payments are still made out to Beaver Lake Park HOA, Thank you.
Safety Issue
No firearms of any kind or nature, including rifles, handguns, bows, slingshots, BB guns, slings, traps, or any other like weapon, shall be used or discharged within Beaver Lake Park except by authorized governmental officials.
